Originally from Sussex and now based in Berkshire, Craig studied at Winchester University, where he met his wife Rachel, and together they are raising their four children Olivia, Edward, Ralph & Roberta. With more than 17 years of experience in Banking, Craig has successfully navigated the fast‑moving world of finance, from Wealth Management and Private Banking to leadership roles in Digital Transformation, Cloud security, and IT Risk and Control. His career reflects a deep commitment to adaptability, embracing change, and driving innovation.

Craigs story
I have been coaching for over 10 years, working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges. I have a background in Sports psychology, which allows me to provide a holistic approach to coaching.
Growing up, I felt different and I often struggled with feelings of inadequacy, both at school and in my early career. I faced being labelled the ‘class clown’, and felt a deep sense of insecurity that made me feel unworthy, particularly in the eyes of my parents.
Despite these challenges, I found solace and empowerment in sports, which was my outlet for self-expression. Overtime, I realised it’s okay to be different and that I could transform my vulnerabilities into strengths.
This journey has fuelled my passion for coaching, empowering others to embrace their unique paths and develop their own agency.
My Philosophy
"Until my late twenties, I constantly compared myself to others. I was driven by the belief that if I looked good enough, you’d like me. So I did whatever it took to fit in, and in the process, I lost sight of who I really was.
Being a father to four amazing children has been the most demanding, and the most rewarding, journey of my life. My wife and I have weathered our share of storms, moments when I questioned whether we’d make it through. But time and again, we’ve found strength in each other and kept moving forward.
The challenges I’ve faced have deepened my passion for helping others. They’ve sparked a powerful drive to guide people through their own unique journeys, no matter how difficult the path ahead may seem.
