How the programme works
We start by surfacing the real experience of neurodivergent colleagues—where systems and behaviours help, and where they harm. From there, we work with leaders to build practical, ND‑aware habits in communication, workload design, meetings, feedback and performance.
The blend of 1:1 and group work allows leaders to explore their blind spots safely, practise new skills, and co‑design changes that stick in their context.
Format and duration
- Combination of 1:1 and small‑group / team sessions
- 8–10 weeks (can be configured for a single team or cohort)
Typically delivered over 8–10 weeks with 6–8 sessions (a blend of 1:1 and small‑group work), so leaders have time to learn, practise and embed neuro‑inclusive habits in real situations
