You get structured support to rewrite your leadership story—and live it—in real time.

- 3–6 months (designed around your context and capacity)  

Typically 6–8 sessions over 3 months, or 10–12 sessions over 6 months, with optional check‑ins between sessions depending on your context and capacity.
