Who is the programme for?

How the programme works
We begin with diagnostic conversations and, where useful, light‑touch assessment to understand how the team currently thinks, decides and behaves under pressure. The core workshop(s) create space to name tensions, align on purpose and priorities, and agree how you want to operate as a leadership team. Follow‑ups focus on embedding new habits—meeting structures, decision pathways, communication norms—so the work translates into everyday behaviour.
