We begin with an initial discovery call to explore your goals, your context, and what’s getting in the way for you or your team right now. This is an opportunity to gain clarity on what truly matters and where coaching can have the greatest impact.

To build trust and give you a genuine feel for how I work, I also offer a complimentary coaching session. It’s a chance to experience my approach first hand and ensure we’re the right fit for a committed, collaborative partnership.

As we move into the proposal phase, I’ll recommend the most suitable Agentic Coach programme — or a tailored blend — designed specifically around your reality, not a pre‑set or generic package.

The process itself is structured yet flexible, combining reflection, practical tools, and real‑world application. Every session is shaped around where you are and what you need that week, so you leave with greater clarity, a stronger sense of agency, and clear next steps that move you forward.

What Every Programme Includes

• A defined number of 1:1 coaching sessions, matched to the depth of change you’re seeking
• Pre‑session reflection prompts so you arrive focused and primed for the work
• Between‑session support within agreed boundaries, so you’re not left “holding it all” alone
• Tools, exercises and resources tailored to your goals and neuro-profile
• A clear review at the end to consolidate learning, embed new habits, and agree next steps

Across the Agentic Core Programme, Executive Agentic Coaching and the Bespoke Leadership & Identity Programme, Transformational Coaching centres on presence, confidence and identity – reducing overload and masking, strengthening self‑trust, and helping you define an authentic leadership identity that feels sustainable. Executive Coaching focuses on how you lead under real‑world pressure: strategic clarity, decision‑making, stakeholder relationships and navigating organisational complexity with steadiness and agency. Many leaders benefit from a deliberate blend of both, which is agreed during the discovery call and calibrated to the specific outcomes you’re aiming for.

Most programmes run over 8–12 weeks, depending on the package you choose and the pace that works best for you. We agree on the rhythm upfront so it fits your life and workload.

Clients typically leave with greater clarity, confidence, and agency—along with practical strategies they can use immediately. You can expect to understand yourself better, make decisions with more intention, and feel equipped to handle the challenges that brought you to coaching in the first place.

Yes, light-touch support between sessions is included. You can message me via email or WhatsApp for quick check‑ins, reflections, or updates. Anything that needs deeper exploration is saved for our next session.

You can book directly through my online calendar or by contacting me via the website. After your discovery call or complimentary Pro bono session I’ll send you a link to secure your programme and schedule your sessions.

Payment for programmes is required in advance of starting.

Payment can be made securely online (e.g. via Calendly), or by card or bank transfer; full details are provided when you sign up.

Flexible payment options are available:

• 2–3 instalments: programme fee +10%

• 4–6 instalments: programme fee +15%

• Monthly rolling: +20% and cancellable in line with agreed notice terms.

Absolutely. I work with clients across multiple time zones and offer flexible scheduling to make it easy to find a time that works for both of us.

Life happens. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are usually counted as used, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Programmes are non-refundable once they begin, as your dedicated coaching time is reserved and protected in advance. This ensures you receive consistent, uninterrupted support and allows me to fully commit to your development throughout our work together.

Many clients choose monthly or quarterly check‑ins to maintain momentum. At the end of your programme, we review your progress and discuss ongoing support if you’d like to continue.
