My Story
Meet the Founder
Craig Stimson is a Neurodivergent Leadership Coach for C‑suite, senior, and emerging leaders and the founder of The Agentic Coach. He works with high‑performing, often neurodivergent leaders who are intellectually sharp but quietly overwhelmed by the constant noise, context‑switching, and emotional load of modern leadership.
Hi, I'm Craig
I’m a Neurodivergent Executive coach and consultant who works with divergent, thoughtful and often neurodivergent leaders. I create calm, structured spaces where you can slow your thinking down, hear yourself clearly, and make decisions that feel like they’re truly yours. The Agentic Coach is where you get to lead on purpose, not just on autopilot.
Why I Do This Work
Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked inside one of the world’s largest fintech companies, where everything looked great on paper but often felt overwhelming underneath. I know what it is to mask, to constantly adapt, and to operate in environments that weren’t built for the way my brain works.
ICF-accredited executive coaching training at Henley Business School gave me a rigorous, evidence‑based foundation and a language for something I’d been doing informally for years: helping people slow down, make sense of their inner world, and find a way of leading that genuinely fits them. This work is personal, leaders like you don’t just need advice – you need an agency, and a space where you don’t have to perform to be taken seriously.
Why Leaders Who “Look Fine” Are the Ones I Look For
Many of the leaders I work with are the ones everyone else leans on – composed on the outside, quietly overloaded inside. They’re hitting targets, holding it together, and telling themselves it’s “not bad enough” to need support. Those are exactly the leaders I look for because under “fine”, there’s usually a brain running hot, a story that hasn’t been heard, and a different way of leading waiting to be reclaimed.
Feeling Seen, Leaving Clearer
Clients describe feeling seen rather than judged and leaving conversations with practical shifts they can implement immediately and a renewed sense of self-trust. Through The Agentic Coach, Craig helps leaders move from “I’m overwhelmed and falling behind” to “I understand my brain, I know what matters, and I’m leading on my terms” in ways that are sustainable for them and effective for their teams.
